REFUND POLICY

When we do not fulfil our agreement

Where we do not fulfil our agreement to deliver a bin, we will refund any payment made to us where the failure is not a result of any act of the hirer.

The Supplier shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatever due to the failure by the Supplier to deliver the bins (or any part of them) promptly or at all.

When you cancel or change

When you change, alter, or cancel all or part of the hire agreement we will refund that portion of the service that is applicable.

Payment

The method of payment of a refund will be at the discretion of Handybin Waste Services & Big Bins.

DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Handybin Waste Services and Big Bins will endeavour to fulfil delivery on the agreed date and time.
  2. We will whenever possible contact you if your delivery is delayed for any reason.
  3. We schedule trucks to fulfil the greatest number of requested time frames as possible.
  4. While we endeavour to fulfil requested delivery/pickup/changeover times we suggest that if you require the skip bin to commence a job before 10 am that you have it delivered the day prior.
  5. All specific time frames must be arranged with our office.
  6. Where a specific time frame is required, that is outside normal scheduling, and operating hours an additional charge for this service may be charged.
  7. Cancellation – provided the job has not been dispatched no fee will apply.
  8. A service charge will apply if the skip has already been dispatched or delivered.
  9. If after delivery a customer decides a bin is not the correct size or suitable and requests the bin to be exchanged for another size a delivery/service fee may apply.
